Unseen Rewards LLC is registered with the state of South Carolina, and the IRS, as a for-profit taxable corporation, generating earnings through sales and services.
Is unseen rewards a religious organization?
Even though I am a Faithful person living and behaving by the word of God, Unseen Rewards services are available to all people. We will not discriminate or exclude any person from any activity. With that said, we will not allow all activities. We only allow events and activities that encourage and inspire the children most positively.
How does this help our children?
Unseen Rewards LLC. Will take 90% of all earnings and reinvest those funds back into programs for children in your local community.
What determines the local area?
Every time a card is processed, there is a record of the transaction. AS the MSP, Unseen Rewards will receive those records, determine what local area the sales came from and send the funds back to that area.
Why isn’t Unseen Rewards a Nonprofit?
We are raising more funds by selling services than by charitable contributions. Therefore according to the IRS, we are a taxable organization.
Will the taxes come from the children’s 90% share of the earnings?
No, Unseen Rewards LLC operates an official business registered in the state of South Carolina, and the IRS. Therefore, Unseen Rewards LLC will pay the taxes due from the 10% earnings Unseen Rewards LLC has retained.
Will Unseen Rewards accept charitable contributions?
Unfortunately, we cannot, but there will be a page where you can contribute directly to your favorite organization (if they choose to be listed) on our website
Who is Unseen Rewards LLC, and why are they doing this work?
My name is Steve Oldham, The founder of Unseen Rewards LLC.
It is no secret that children are abused both physically, mentally, and neglected in our communities.
Years ago, I began receiving a burden for these children. Their abuse is apparent by the children’s disregard for authority figures; parents, teachers, peers, and police officers. But, in my mind, all I could see was the future devastation of a generation of children.
I had prayed and prayed, asking the Lord what to do!!! His message was plain and straightforward: Proverbs 22:6 “Train up a child in the way he should go; and when he is old, he will not depart from it.”
After years of trial and error, Unseen Rewards LLC emerged as the funding tool for the great work of training our children in the way they should go into their future.
